Terms and Conditions – TigerExch Tiger Exchange ID Platform

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TigerExch services available at tigerexch.com.au, including the registration and management of Tiger Exchange IDs, customer support, and all related services. By accessing tigerexch.com.au or contacting TigerExch for a Tiger Exchange ID, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
Please read these terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, do not use TigerExch services.
1. About TigerExch
TigerExch, operating through tigerexch.com.au, is an authorised Tiger Exchange ID provider. We facilitate the registration, management, and support of Tiger Exchange accounts for Indian bettors and users worldwide. TigerExch is not the Tiger Exchange platform itself but an independent service provider offering Tiger Exchange ID-related services.
2. Eligibility
To use TigerExch services and register a Tiger Exchange ID, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
- Be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited
- Not be a self-excluded individual on any betting platform
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during Tiger Exchange ID registration
- Agree to KYC verification as required by TigerExch and the Tiger Exchange platform
TigerExch reserves the right to refuse Tiger Exchange ID registration to any individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Tiger Exchange ID Registration
When registering a Tiger Exchange ID through TigerExch, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate personal information at all times
- Submit valid KYC documents as requested, including Aadhaar, PAN card, or passport
- Maintain the confidentiality of your Tiger Exchange login credentials
- Notify TigerExch immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Tiger Exchange ID
- Not share your Tiger Exchange ID or login credentials with any third party
TigerExch is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Tiger Exchange account due to failure to maintain login security.
4. Permitted Use
By using TigerExch services, you agree that you will:
- Use your Tiger Exchange ID solely for lawful personal betting and gaming activities
- Not use TigerExch services for any illegal, fraudulent, or money-laundering activities
- Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the Tiger Exchange platform or TigerExch systems
- Not register multiple Tiger Exchange IDs for the same individual
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling and taxation
Any violation of these permitted use terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Tiger Exchange ID without refund.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
TigerExch facilitates deposits and withdrawals for your Tiger Exchange ID through the following payment methods: UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, and bank transfer.
- All deposits are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Tiger Exchange platform and communicated by TigerExch support.
- Withdrawals are processed within minutes of verified request submission.
- TigerExch is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside our control.
- Funds deposited into your Tiger Exchange ID are non-refundable once betting activity has commenced.
6. Tax Obligations
Winnings from Tiger Exchange betting are subject to taxation under Indian law. As per the Finance Act and Income Tax Act of India:
- A 30% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) is applicable on net winnings from online gambling and betting platforms.
- TigerExch users are solely responsible for declaring their Tiger Exchange winnings to the appropriate tax authority.
- TigerExch does not provide tax advice and is not liable for any tax obligations, penalties, or liabilities incurred by Tiger Exchange ID holders.
We strongly recommend consulting a qualified tax advisor regarding your Tiger Exchange betting income.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
TigerExch offers bonuses and promotional offers to Tiger Exchange ID holders from time to time. The following conditions apply to all bonuses:
- Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as communicated by TigerExch at the time of the offer.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements on Tiger Exchange are fully met.
- TigerExch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Abuse of bonus offers, including the creation of multiple Tiger Exchange IDs to claim multiple bonuses, will result in immediate account suspension.
8. Responsible Gaming
TigerExch is committed to responsible gaming on the Tiger Exchange platform. By using TigerExch services, you agree to:
- Bet only with funds you can afford to lose
- Not use Tiger Exchange betting as a means to generate income
- Set personal betting limits and adhere to them
- Contact TigerExch immediately if you believe your gambling is becoming harmful

9. Intellectual Property
All content on tigerexch.com.au, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of TigerExch. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from tigerexch.com.au without prior written permission from TigerExch.
The Tiger Exchange name, logo, and platform are the intellectual property of their respective owners. TigerExch operates as an independent authorised ID provider and makes no claim to the Tiger Exchange brand or platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TigerExch shall not be liable for:
- Any losses incurred through betting activity on the Tiger Exchange platform
- Technical failures, downtime, or interruptions affecting the Tiger Exchange platform
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Tiger Exchange ID
- Actions taken by the Tiger Exchange platform including account restrictions, suspensions, or changes to terms
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of TigerExch services
TigerExch provides Tiger Exchange ID services on an “as available” basis and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access or specific betting outcomes.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
TigerExch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Tiger Exchange ID services immediately and without prior notice if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Tiger Exchange account
- You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- You are found to be under 18 years of age
- You violate the responsible gaming policies of TigerExch or the Tiger Exchange platform
In the event of termination due to breach of these terms, any remaining funds in your Tiger Exchange ID may be withheld pending investigation.
12. Amendments to Terms
TigerExch reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on tigerexch.com.au with a revised effective date. Your continued use of TigerExch services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which TigerExch operates. Any disputes arising from your use of TigerExch services or your Tiger Exchange ID shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
